We are more than a traditional security company. With the ever-grown demand for private and public security services, specialized devisions were formed and more were added. Recognizing the demand to meet the increased scope of client-based security needs, devisions for foot and vehicle patrol were added to the company's services. The selection process includes an assessment of each applicant's character, ability, reputation, habits, and associates. They are required to take oral and written examinations as well as to complete a background investigation.

All activities are performed under close supervision. Additionally, the operations manager coordinates the activities of all supervisors and conducts impromptu inspections to ensure complete quality service of all personnel.

Security officers assigned to your facility undergo various levels of on-the-job training including posturers, review, and emergency procedures. Each officers is given on-site training, to ensure that your need are fully understood and met.

Our clients have the option if requesting armed and unarmed security officers. Our officers are fully certified by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services and PR-24 Baton. All of our officers also carry flashlights and handcuffs.

Our patrol vehicles are driven up to 80,000 miles max. before they are decommissioned to ensure running at full quality with a professional look. They are equipped with two-way Nextel radios connected to our dispatch and officers.
Our Officers
Our security personnel always meet the following requirements:
- Be fully trained, experienced, responsible, clean-cut men and women.
- Have a professional appearance and be physically and emotionally fit.
- Have a working knowledge of building/security systems.
- Applicants will be required to take oral and written examinations.
- Will undergo a criminal history background to be evaluated on an individual basis.
- Have committed no offense or violation of the Private Security Services Act that would be grounds for license suspension or revocation.
- All officers will receive extensive training to develop their interpersonal relation skills, so they will be discreet and non-confrontational in situations requiring their intervention.
- All security personnel will be provided with uniform and name tags.
